Bank Statements is an internal tool that Prime Lion Inc. uses to manage company cards, budgets and bank statements. Only people Prime Lion Inc. has authorized can sign in. This policy explains what information the app uses and why.

Information from your Google account

• Sign-in: when you sign in with Google, the app receives your name, email address and profile picture. It uses your email to check that you are on the list of authorized users and to keep you signed in.
• Google Sheets: if an administrator connects a Google account for spreadsheet logging, the app is allowed to view and edit that account's Google Sheets. It uses this only to add company card transactions to the spreadsheets and tabs set up in the app, to format those tabs, and to update a transaction's row when it settles. It does not read, change or delete other spreadsheets.

Financial information

The app retrieves Prime Lion Inc.'s company card transactions and budgets from Bill.com Spend & Expense, and bank account information through Plaid. This information belongs to Prime Lion Inc. and is used only to run the company's internal finance work.

How information is shared

We do not sell information or use it for advertising. Information is sent only to the services the app needs to do its job: Google (sign-in and Sheets), Bill.com, Plaid, and Discord when a Discord channel is set up for alerts.

The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

Information is stored on Prime Lion Inc.'s own server and in the company's Google Sheets. Sign-in sessions expire, and the app keeps only the Google Sheets connection it needs to keep logging transactions.

Your choices

You can remove the app's access to your Google account at any time from Google Account → Third-party connections. To ask about or delete information the app holds about you, contact Prime Lion Inc.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
